So...is gaining this card a hinderance?
• 6 stars, so it can't really be used in star-restricted dungeon • 20 cost, but stats too low to be used in cost-restricted dungeon • Max level is only 70 • Mediocre stats • Mediocre Active Skill • Mediocre Leader Skill • Protected type (based on Starspark's comment) hinders you from selling or fusing it.
You'll be having an almost-useless card in your inventory FOREVER. Can anyone try to disprove me? Not being sarcastic or anything. I just want to see what uses this card has.

Don't you get a stone for clearing the dungeon? If you have absolutely no use for the card, you still get 4/5 of a stone.

If you care at all about collection, then no, it's not a hindrance.
And considering that this card only gets protected typing on its uvo, even IF you cant fuse it or sell it, you can just un-uvo it to get rid of its protected typing and then sell it... Or just, you know, never evolve it in the first place.

Plus you can just not ult-evo it. Only the ult-evo is protected.

Protected type cards cannot be sold or fused to other cards.
It will stay in your inventory forever and ever, if you can get one.
