I think the auto-recover would remain 3000 even after the buff. As far as I understand it the awoken skills wouldn't be affected by the buff. The only thing affected by the buff would be either the individual monster's recovery or team recovery.
But like you said, Not a great card but definitely not the worst silver holiday egg. Those would be the 3 dozen of them that have Menace as an active skill. :-)

Edit: Her only use is her MP? All I did was keep her, but I didn't use her at all. And nope, didn't sell this thing.
