500,000 MP and a crap ton of tamadra later, you have a F/L team with 20 of both fire and light OEs, which would lead to an insane Silk multiplier.
You could also swap out one of the 2630s for a 2535 Leilan or a 2477 Morigana for instant orbs rather than redundant skyfall boosts

more likely than not, it's additive so 40 qualifying OEs would result in a 1+0.15*40=7x multiplier which is still incredible, and would mean that the team would have:

4.5 (新四天王・花澤三郎 LS)
x 4.5 (新四天王・花澤三郎 LS)
x 7 (深紅の宝石姫, Silk Active)
x 2 (5% boost for each OE)
283.5x Fire/Light damage multiplier

1.15^10≈4.045x spike. Pretty powerful, but at a 14 tun max cooldown it's probably not worth it. Especially since even if you stack more OE's you probably wont ever need much more than a 4x spike. Her bind proof/bind clear could be pretty useful though.

If the whole board is enhanced it's a 7x multiplier.

It's 2.5x for 10 orbs
4 x for 20 orbs
5.5x for 30 orbs
7 x for 40 orbs

For your math you do 1+ (.15 x *enhanced orbs*)
1 is added after you multiply the .15 with the amount of enhances. So 10 orbs = 1.5x + 1x = 2x

If Orb Enhance awakenings can be stacked between both partners, then 20 orb enhances isn't unreasonable and that will give you a x3.45 boost, which is insane (and probably appreciated given how bulky the co-op new descend bosses are). But if not...this card is very situational at best. On the plus side, another bind-immune bind clearing card for fire!

Ehhh I think its more like 1+(0.15*OEs) so with 10 it would be 2.5, 11=2.65, 12=2.8 etc which can get pretty beefy but not game ruining (Hathor is a mediocre sub, NYE Sandalphon already damage boosts, Xmas Genie is a rare holiday drop, red isnt a very OE element)

It's additive, the Japanese used is the same as like Perseus where it says "if you do this, the attack will increase, with a max of this much attack power," only difference is silk doesn't have a limit. But still, this is active skill is pretty ridiculous nonetheless.

is the bonus additive or multiplicative? Because if its multiplicative 1.15^20 = 16.37x, which is broken. It doesnt specify in the skill description but this could be better than we think. I mean it better be a good skill for 14 turn cd.

A team with 20 OE is quite realistic, so additive would make sense (x4). This justifies the cooldown, I guess :-) great sub for New Year's Leilan, by the way :-)

You're just setting yourself up for an 'it's not fair' nerdrage. Of course it's not multiplicative. There is no reason whatsoever why would be multiplicative. a 14 turn CD is not something to cry about with an easy to get 4x-7x attack boost for your whole team regardless of type or color. Especially if you're running a halfway decent team, you're up around 12-15 skill boost awakenings anyway and most of your monsters have haste built into their actives as well. GH is just avoiding situations where you can have that card up literally every turn, which, even if it was 2x attack regardless of type or color, would be absolutely broken.

I don't think there's any way to justify a 14 turn cooldown if it was additive and not multiplicative. Granted it affects all cards regardless of type/attribute, but I'd imagine needing to make some serious compromises in team building to make the spike worth the cooldown. You could very well be correct though.

Card might go good on my Tsubaki team as my bind clearer, the only issue is she doesn't make hearts to bind clear with and Tsubaki already hits like a freight train. Not really sure this would even be needed lol.

can anyone confirm if in possession of multiple jewel princess cards two AS that grant Awakening depended DMG boosts can use each of their skill back to back in the same turn in order to stack or multiply the damage of that next turn by both effects at once?
The only skills I can clearly tell don't stack are the STAT+ on skill use characteristics of LS. So, I'm a little weary of if they will let both of those ATK+, team wide, DMG Mods occur alongside instead of replacing the ATK boost from the first used by the boost from the most recent used.

Any damage buff won't stack regardless of the difference. What you can stack is a different kind of buff (time extend + damage buff + damage reduction, all will work on the same turn).
