A team of six max-skilled Algedis has complete SBR and 12 rows and can use two actives a turn, guaranteeing leader activation and a row. It's like a system, but without the haste.

If you factor in the god damage boost, she becomes extremely powerful.

Of course, it will be extremely difficult to get 5 of her. But a guy can dream.

is it just me or does she look like one of the best characters appearance wise. just her face alone seem amazing just to look at. they need more characters that have looks and not just reveal most skin. this is true art work

The team has zero skill boosts and horrible recovery. Good luck stalling the first three turns and then surviving any preemptives/poison/etc. It's also completely vulnerable to binds, and suffers more than most teams from skill delay. There's just no utility to the team. You don't win many dungeons on attack multiplier alone.

Actually that's not entirely true. Since her leader skill only requires 5 jammer then you can use only 4 of her on your team, leaving one utility or damage boost slot. Additionally, since the cooldown of her skill if using this system would likely only be 3 in the first place, all you would need is someone with two skill boosts as your last sub to make the skill boost deficit basically null. Finally, her leader skill does offer some form of stalling in the form of her damage reduction from green and light, which effectively gives her x2 rcv and hp vs green/light monsters. All in all, I think you severely underestimate the viability of the team, it has potential to quite easily clear the majority of descends with + eggs and the right sub I think.

Yeah, people are seriously underestimating how well 6 max skilled Algedis would work together. Assuming no board changes from enemy actives, the team has a guaranteed 237x multiplier each turn: 6 x 6 for both leader skills, x 2.2 for 12 rows, x3 for everything having god killer.

Do not like the jammer mechanic, therefore selling for MP. This late in the game for me (been playing for years), I've got better wood leaders/subs/teams. Actually surprised this card is rated so high.

Works incredibly well with Australis by introducing the Sx and a much lower cd active.

The problem with Australis as a lead (at this point in time) is that it's missing decent machine subs that also work on rows (Canopus? Maybe a couple of cyber beasts?). The subs also need to pick up the slack on utility awakenings. This card does both.

I'm looking forward to trying to make them work together. Even as paired subs, they work perfectly! These teams have something in the range of 9-15 green rows, depending on your build!

Freyja - 3 rows, 2 skill block
Australis - 5 rows
Algedi - 2 rows, skill block, god slayer
Algedi - 2 rows, skill block, god slayer
Perseus - 2 rows, 2 skill block, bind clear on hearts
Sylvie - 2 rows

Hypermaxed team will have almost 50k health, skill bind resistant, capable to recover from bind (if perseus isn't bound and is up), can activate a skill every single turn for the leader bonus of 1.3*1.3.

16 row enhance, and w/ australis has 15% green drop for 4 turns. 3 rows and Freyja active means these guys will spike for 15 million+ cumulative. Not too shabby.

I'm fairly new to PAD, I've only been playing for about 2 months and I'm constantly learning more and more about the game and team building strategies and ect. but when people say to use this monster as a "sub" or "paired sub" are they talking about using this monster as a helper from one of your friends or are they saying that specific monster is needed to be in the team slot while you're editing your team in the corner that has the word "sub" in grey?
Please excuse my ignorance , I'm just trying to get better and enjoy this game even more !

I can't speak for everyone, but whenever I use sub or have seen sub used in the context of PAD, it means a member of your team in any slot other than leader.

Yup. Sub just means not a leader (which is the grey box). Usually I use "friend" or "helper" to mean my friend's leader.

By paired subs I meant that they mesh well together or complement each other either in awakenings or actives. Some cards are much better to pair than the ones I mentioned, because you can "chain" the actives, meaning use multiple active skills on the same turn in a specific order. A simple example is something like verdandi and green Valkyrie. With verdandi alone, you may not get a ton of green orbs, but if you use verdandi and then Valk, you'll make a board that's 2/3 green and 1/3 red on average, which helps a ton when trying to make green rows to kill a boss.

Hope that helps! Keep playing! It gets more and more fun as you progress, unlike most games. If you get stuck, just ask someone for advice. :)

She'd be a decent sub for a Fenrir team.

I don't know whether to use this, or my urahara for a fenrir sub.

With the arrival of Ronove, she may find some love in a Ronove team with her active which combos with Ronove's for 6 wood and 2 hearts. Also, her 2 row enhances, SBR, and God Killer make for an interesting card with great awakenings (rather few in number), but can find some great utility in a team like Ronove. She also can combo with Spica as well, but it doesn't seem too viable to do so.
