**** you, Gung Ho.
Adventurers Beware. Turn Back Now. This dungeon's mechanics are cancer.
Glacial Icedragon -- good luck trying to kill him while keeping all your subs under decreasing damage caps, getting enough combos to bypass his shield and n ot go over the damage absorb, while not hitting him under 15%. Oh, you can waste your life away stalling out his 99 turn shield, sure.
Then you have the bosses. See opening statement.
I should have listened to the old me and continued to ignore this dungeon.

This is just Illsix's dungeon all over again Some suuuper easy waves, a wave or two you might die on, stalling 99 turns one the wave before the boss(i use a wood team, so i kind of need to do this) then getting obliterated on the boss
Pengdras strike back. Tired of waiting and seeing.
So it turns out that if you happen to have two delays and a way to kill the 8.8M defense boss, this dungeon isn't so bad. Most of the attacks in this dungeon can be tanked by any max level team. At least with my box, it's much easier than Legendary Sea of Trees (#7 dragon). I just haven't found a consistent way past floor 2...
My go-to team for (almost) farming this:
A. Bastet (+ full board change)
Ragnarok Dragon (+ delay)
A. Orochi
A. Amaterasu (+ damage shield)
Ult. Osiris
A. Bastet (+ damage enhance)
(Ama and Osiris aren't required so to speak, but healing and lots of enhanced orbs are helpful.)
F2: Use a delay if one's ready, possibly from stalling on F1. As I said, I haven't figured this one out yet. You can try to kill both and eat the resolve attack, but the light one almost always survives as well while the other falls to 1 HP and kills you with its attack...
F4: Use a skill and kill quickly. The skills are the "in order" type and not HP triggered, so you don't need to worry too much. Try to avoid using a delay if possible.
F6: Delay here if you have both ready or soon-to-be-ready. If you're unsure of being able to sweep the floor, target the green tama. You can tank a hit from the others.
F7: Wait until one of the overdamage shields have 1 turn left, then delay. If your team has decent RCV and you don't mind the boredom, you can stall out the 99 turns of <300k and it won't get reapplied.
F8: The bosses don't really hit that hard, and half the time they don't even directly do damage to you. The key to breaking 8.8M damage with this team is Ragnarok Dragon. Dragon-killer and elemental advantage mean you only need to break 1.63M damage, which shouldn't that hard if you have a full board change and/or a damage enhance that boosts him.
(Who said A. Bastet isn't relevant any more? I must be very behind on the meta.)
I didn't know that GungHo has started consulting Satan for level design.
0 stone in 2-player mode with teams below
Team1
M Hunter X Gear (9x atk, +1 combo Leader)
Kherpi (+2 combo, +2 sec)
Orb changer 3 color with water (Urd, Haku, Skuld)
Delay 5turns (Tsih, Orochi) - floor 7
Frostmare/Meridionalis (+2 combo, dark&heal to water)
Team2
M Hunter X Gear (9x atk, +1combo, Leader)
Kherpi (+2 combo, +2 sec)
Orb changer 3 color with water (Urd, Haku, Skuld)
Delay 5turns (Tsih, Orochi) - boss floor
Void defense (Shiva, Julie, Ishtar) of boss
So many locked heart orbs starting 4 floor guaranteed safe path, stall until delay is ready. At 7floor, delay, wait for Niflheim shield to end then combo Frostmare to kill
Boss floor: void boss defense, delay, +2 combo, orb change (no wood), reduce both boss to 1Hp, kill in next turn

Time for Orochi (And other high duration stunning) to shine.
I'm sorry, HOW much defense do you need me to get through?
Yikes.
orochi and shiva (not a.shiva) are key subs if you can't do 10m damage with one single monster.
i did it with a friend with myr and it was easy to stall.
I beat this solo with myr/a.orochi/droid topdragon/sun wukong/DQ/myr. Last two subs could be any light heartmakers really. You have a lot of opportunities to stall for skills, just make sure to manage your hearts properly.
Orochi is needed for both floors 7 and 8, luckily the boss is pretty easy to stall on.
Does anyone know if I use AHade's 25% gravity, would it bring the bosses just below resolve range or would I need to hit them a little bit before I use the gravity?
"Longevity Invasion" deals about 23k dmg...
Beat in coop with Sara. Subs were Blonia, Gabe, A. Orochi, and Andro. Friend brought Nepdra instead of Gabe. Popped stall on sub boss one turn before the damage mitigation was up. For the boss, popped Orochi and Blonia; hit three rows to kill the light monster. Two rows and a TPA didn't get there. Pop nepdra or other poison on the last floor for ease.
any team challenge clear so far?
Solo'd with Sumire system. Two other subs were A. Sun Quan & collab Sarutobi. A Viper Orochi assisting one of the Sumires. Only Sarutobi wasn't +297. Sarutobi is pretty much required for this, because of his Dragon Killer with 2-prong. A +297 Hatsume might work too, or another main Water dragon-killer.
Trash floors are pretty easy, Sumire rocks. Ancient dragons aren't rough with the damage shield up, same with Plesios.
Only the GRonia Tama is annoying, since it's a one-shot w/o shield up. Ronia Tama's absorb is annoying if you can't reliable 6-combo with Sumire (I can't - pray to the gods of Skyfall).
Use Orochi on Niflheim on the last turn of his 1st damage/combo shield, then wreck him.
Wait for 75% damage to be done, then Sun Quan and beat down the bosses!
Beat is after stalling 99 turns on floor 7
Just had a time-extend latent tamadra invade on floor 4.
Just beat this first try with Co-Op Mizutsune Team:
Main: Mizu (Famiel) / RKarin / A.Andro / YY (Rei) / RIsis (ROrochi)
Alt: Mizu (KirinX) / A.Andro / Kundali (Yo) / RHermes / Saras (Scheat)
F1-F6: Use actives as needed except Delay and Famiel
F7: Stalled for 99 then used Scheat > KirinX > 7+ combo to OHKO
F8: Delay > Active (if needed) to nuke down to 1% then Famiel to ping

Oh look! It's the Movie Star Dragons,Drighk and Actros!
Mai Shiranui and Enra make short work of this dungeon; all you need is an absorption void and a FUA. Subs I used were:
Elgenubi [Rathalos weapon]
No.6 [Fujin]
Enra [Urd]
Kyo Kusanagi
Try to stall a little on the Pengdra floors to get the Fujin active up, oneshot the SoniaTAMAs using a skill if you want. Stall the remaining turns on Niflheim, he can’t kill you if you keep hitting 7 combos and healing him up. Once ready, pop Fujin and something else. On the bosses: pop Kyo, make a Heart column on one side filling the rest of the board with staggered vertical Fire and Heart matches, and go to town baish!
Now that so many new and good cards have been introduced, this once nightmare dungeon has become a piece of cake. Here's what you need:
1) a card to void dmg absorb (Fujin or Leona or Thunderlord Zinogre)
2) a card to do follow-up attack (Ryune, all the Norns, A. Lubu, New Year Kanna, etc.)
3) a card with Guard Break awakening to punch through defense (Diablo, Ideal, Valkyrie, etc.) or a card with void defense active (Shiva, Kenshiro, Droidragon etc.)
The only problem is 7th floor (damage absorb). Bring a Fujin or Leona will take care of this. No stalling in previous floors necessary, because you can do all the stalling at 7th. Previous buff (increased chance for heart orbs x10) will keep you alive while stalling.
Combo freely on boss, follow-up attack will take care of the resolve.
My team:
Diablo, R. Yomi, Leona, Ryune, R. Haku, Ideal friend
I hate this dungeon. Deighk can go away.
Using a scratch team to get through this one.
Current team:
- Resting Sniper Myr (pentamaxxed)
- AA of Creation Raphael (pentamaxxed)
- Guiding AA, Gabriel (max level, nothing else)
- Judging-Claw DB, Saria (pentamaxxed)
- Exa-Hydra (max level, nothing else)
- Resting Sniper Myr (pentamaxxed)
Basically I just clear the board with a heart cross every turn, sparing heart orbs when possible. 2nd floor is easy if you know how control your damage. When you get to Plesios, just rip in on him. He's fairly easy to take down. On Niflheim, I wait until his 800k damage shield has 1 turn left, and pop the Exa-Hydra. Since he can't use his mechanics that turn, you pop Saria and Gabriel and just start whaling on him. With 6 turns to work with, he's a bit of a squeeze but he can fit. Then I get killed by the bosses.
Preferred team (from evo'ing stuff in my box):
- Resting Sniper Myr
- Top Droidragon
- Zeus & Hera
- Judging-Claw DB, Saria
- Zeta-Hydra
- Resting Sniper Myr
Plan would still be to clear the board with a heart cross every turn. Same thing for floor 2, and for Plesios and Niflheim. When you get to the boss, stall for Zeta-Hydra (?) and whittle down Deighk's health to a reasonable level (below the resist). Pop Zeta-Hydra, Zeus and Hera, and Top Droidragon. Since they're guaranteed to be below the 75% resist, and Droidragon leaves Achtros gaping open, you just have to empty all the damage into Achtros and let the leftovers hit Deighk. Then you can use your free turns to kill Deighk.
